A Plated Meal service can run from three to six-plus courses, with a drinks-matching option. 

We have strong connections with local producers to design a course of drinks to match your meal, including wines, ciders, beers and non-alcoholic drinks.

Our multi-talented and highly effective team includes wait- and bar-staff, and we can provide tableware, as well as furniture and furnishings as required.

1st. smoked trout pâté, pickled apple & cucumber salad , crostini
warm fennel seed & parmesan shortbread

2nd. confit leek soup w crisp pancetta, truffle oil

3rd. slow braised rabbit & mushroom pie , shallot puree

4th. tea smoked duck breast, walnut crisps ,
toasted black rice, sour cherry & sherry glaze

5th. star anise pork belly, beetroot, braised radicchio,
pickled red onion, fig glaze

6th. mr brown meets miss orange with special guests
